I I cannot recommend this activity enough! It’s a great way to learn about Bosnian culture and to make and eat some delicious food. We were collected from our hotel and given interesting information about sights along the way. Our hosts were so friendly and made us feel very welcome in their home. We learnt some typical cooking techniques and got to be hands on with each stage of making the dishes. It was all delicious and we were very happy to be able to take home the leftovers for later! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Danijela and Armin, from shopping for the ingredient, warmly welcoming me to their home and preparing the food (burek, pies and sarma). I learned a lot from this experience! Thank you very much. I highly recommend it.

It was a great hike, not too hard but challenging enough that you will feel like you’ve earned your uštipci (or whatever you choose for lunch). The guide Armin is very friendly and knowledgeable and, importantly, caring about both the environment and the heritage aspect of the Lukomir village. He told me a lot about various aspects of both Bosnian history and contemporary everyday life as well as some great tips for the remainder of my trip to Sarajevo. I really enjoyed this hike to Lukomir village! It was a fun and rewarding experience not too difficult, but filled with absolutely stunning landscapes. Walking through the beautiful mountains and valleys of Bosnia was unforgettable. Along the way, I learned a lot about local traditions and the unique lifestyle of people living in Lukomir, the highest and most remote village in the country. The guide Armin was knowledgeable and friendly, which made the experience even better. This is a great way to enjoy nature while also gaining insight into Bosnian culture. I would definitely recommend this activity to anyone visiting the area!

The activity was wonderful thanx to the guilds Armani and Mohammed. It was very safe and the gear was very safe. It was my first time and definitely will not be the last. The guides were so nice to offer us coffee over the top of the mountain which was very lovely.

My driver was utterly professional: charming, kind, punctual and helpful! I arrived in good time for my flight and it was a lovely vehicle.

Accompagnati da una guida esperta, Amela, che non solo è riuscita a trasmetterci l’idea di coesione che dimora tra le diverse religioni presenti a Sarajevo, ma che ha saputo catturarci raccontandoci la gioia e la sofferenza della città a causa delle guerre, avendo lei in prima persona vissuto l’ultima di queste. Un grosso ringraziamento perché hanno reso questa nostra esperienza davvero indimenticabile e bella. Vi raccomandiamo davvero questo tour a piedi per la città e attraverso la sua storia. A wonderful tour where we saw the landmarks of Sarajevo that remind us of all the beautiful things, but also, unfortunately, of the difficult times. Mrs. Danijela showed us everything, explained it all, and answered every one of our questions—whether it was about history, architecture, culture, traditions, or gastronomy. She also gave us great recommendations on what else to see. We sincerely thank Mrs. Danijela for her effort, knowledge, and especially for her time.
